✶ About Your Endo Events

Born from lived experience

Our Story

Your Endo Events was born from real, lived experience of endometriosis and from being tired of the silence, the dismissal and the loneliness that so often come with chronic illness.

Our founder created Your Endo Events after experiencing her own isolation and struggles with endometriosis. She wanted to create something different, a space where people could come together, feel understood and know they were not alone.

So we created warm, brave events across Worcestershire that bring our community together, break the taboos and put wellness at the heart.

Whether you live with endometriosis, another chronic condition, or love someone who does, there’s a place here for you.

Women’s Health & Endometriosis

Endometriosis is so much more than painful periods. It is a chronic, full-body condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows outside the womb and can develop in different areas of the body, including around organs such as the bowel, bladder, reproductive organs and lungs.

It can cause severe pain, fatigue, painful or heavy periods, digestive and bladder symptoms, difficulties with fertility, and many other symptoms that can affect everyday life.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth from puberty to menopause, although the impact may be felt for life. In the UK, that’s over 1.5 million people from all races and ethnicities living with the condition.

We believe it’s time to change that. Endometriosis deserves to be understood as the complex, full-body condition it is, and people living with it deserve to be listened to, believed and supported.

A mix of wellness gatherings, workshops, community events, honest ‘breaking the taboo’ conversations and public-speaking talks. Some are gentle and restorative; others bold and educational. We offer a range of educational resources, and everyone is welcome.

We don’t provide medical advice, just lived experience support. However, we do work with a range of professionals who may be able to support you with this.

We also do a range of local coffee mornings & support groups in our area to provide you with resources & support. We also do virtual worldwide support groups on the third Monday of every month. See our Instagram for further info.

Anyone affected by endometriosis or chronic illnesses such as PMOS or fibroids, plus the partners, family and friends who support them. You don’t need a diagnosis to come along.

Many of our community events are free or low-cost, kept that way thanks to donations. Some specialist workshops or speaker events may have a small ticket price to cover costs. All support groups online & in person are always free.

We’re proudly Worcestershire-based, with events across the county and surrounding areas. Keep an eye on our links and socials for the next date near you. We also do virtual worldwide support groups on the third Monday of every month.

Absolutely — lived-experience talks on endometriosis and chronic illness are a big part of what we do. Email Your.endoevents@outlook.com and let’s talk.
